1. Scope and Operator
These Terms and Conditions govern all orders placed through nativecrafts.shop, operated by:

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
2. Products
We sell handmade arts and crafts. All products are described as accurately as possible. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, size, and finish are inherent and are not considered defects.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product at any time.
3. Ordering Process
By submitting an order on our website, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected items. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. A binding contract is formed when we send a separate order confirmation or dispatch confirmation email.
We reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are stated in the currency displayed on the website and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are added at checkout.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.
We use secure third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card details.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 business days. Estimated delivery times:
- Germany: 2–4 business days
- EU countries: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
These are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Right)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, notify us by a clear statement (e.g. by email) to: info@nativecrafts.shop
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are borne by you unless the goods are defective or incorrectly delivered.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
- Custom-made or personalised products
- Perishable goods
- Goods that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
7. Warranties and Statutory Rights
We provide a statutory warranty of 2 years from the date of delivery in accordance with German law. This covers material defects present at the time of delivery.
For defective goods, we will — at our option — repair, replace, or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, and for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health.
In all other cases, our liability is limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequential losses.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on nativecrafts.shop, including images, text, logos, and product designs, is the intellectual property of Juergen Strenger or used with permission. Reproduction or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction for merchants and persons without a place of general jurisdiction in Germany is Remscheid, Germany.
11. Online Dispute Resolution
